Voxvk, Inc. ("Voxvk," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voxvk. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Use of Services

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use automated means to access the Services without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Use the Services for fraudulent activities

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Voxvk offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Voxvk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using our Services, you grant Voxvk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Voxvk integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Brand Marketplace

Voxvk facilitates connections between creators and brands. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from these connections. Agreements between creators and brands are solely between those parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXVK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voxvk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
